Lifelong friendships I have been living here for almost 2 years now and I absolutely love it! I lived on campus my freshman year of college and when I transferred to University Edge it was such a game changer. So close to campus! My friends and I have lived here for a few years now. Some of us play sports and love to be able to live off campus but be so close. We have all we need here even being so far away from home! I didn’t want to have to bring furniture from 4 hours away so the apartments being furnished was a big plus for me!

Great Location and Community! UEdge is the perfect apartment complex for any college student! It truly is its own little community and I have made the best of friends by living there. The people in the office are great as well!

Cozy Apartment With The Best Roomies! Me and my roommates decide to live here 2 years ago and we love our apartment still to this day! It's so cozy and the fact that our sweet kitten could live there with us made it feel even more like home! We couldn't imagine life without each other and being able to share a living space while having our separate rooms and bathrooms has been the best experience and has helped avoid many problems I have had in the past with old roommates! 10/10 love this place!

Spacious living, great price!!!! I love how much space I have in my 3 bedroom unit with my dog living with me! I have a full sized kennel with a wood frame that fits perfectly in my unit. You definitely get what you pay for living here at UE! With such great prices and spacious living, I definitely recommend living different with University Edge.
Great Place to Live Love the apartment style and great location to the downtown Johnson City area! Great price and no hidden fees.
Perfect Location and Great Place to Live!! This property couldn't be in a better location than it is. It is right by the baseball field and walking distance to downtown. They are clean and very homey feeling as well. It is the best home away from home for any college student!!
