For how high the rent is the common spaces in the building should always be clean, repairs should be done in a timely manner, and the electric cap should be higher than whatever it is actually set at. As it was, The stairs were only cleaned once a week ,as was each floor. Even if you reported something , such as a used tampon in the stairwell, it would take a week to get cleaned up. Despite what other people are saying below, the staff at University Edge are EXCELLENT beyond compare! If you go anywhere else on campus, I guarantee they will not bend over backwards to accommodate you the way Edge does. They work long and hard hours, not to mention that they put up with a LOT to give each tenant the best of the best! If I could give 0 stars I would. They rip people off. Period
Great location in relation to campus and overall, a very safe and secure place to live. Although we have had LOTS of things go wrong appliance wise, maintenance has always been by within 24 hours of us placing a service request. The way rent is handled here is the biggest concern to me. I resigned my lease because I like living here and though it is advertised that my rent should be cheaper because I resigned - my rent is actually going up 4 dollars per month.
