Absolutely terrible. It is impossible to schedule an appointment, the clerks are extremely rude and treat you like you are an annoyance.
They canceled on my children three times, each time waiting for about 8 months. One time, the dentist quit, and the other time, the dentist had another schedule. The last time, they checked my insurance at the last minute and said I needed to change my primary dentist. The insurance company refused to change it before the appointment time. So the appointment was canceled again. That is crazy. My children have not seen a dentist for years. I doubt that you could go there in an emergency. Don't waste your time.
