I generally happy with the service and treatment I get at the office, but this last visit almost didn't happen. My appointment was on a Monday and I received a courtesy call the Friday before to remind me of the appointment. After listening to the message on my answering machine, I realized that the times didn't match. I tried to call but since the office was closed, I was forwarded to the answering service.
