Very efficient, friendly and courteous staff.
I love the service I receive, they care about those they serve. the lady did a very good job cleaning and my dentist was very thoughtful and cared that I any problems and took care of them. The office personal was very nice. Blythe
Always friendly, professional and as painless as humanly possible. They have made "going to the dentist" something we do not dread at all and even look forward to the friendly visit with the staff while in "the chair".
I've been a patient at University Dental for over 10 years, and Dr. Kramer and his staff have been excellent each and every time I've had cause to visit. They are always smiling, polite, and (most importantly) caring. Their office does sell services like tooth whitening, and high-end electronic toothbrushes, but they have NEVER tried to sell them to me. The brochures are there, but they have never been pushed on me. University Dental focuses on my tooth health and my comfort as a patient, NOT on selling products or services.... read more
