Great dentist office everything went smooth had my wisdom tooth out in a hour.
I have always found Dr. Spence to be an extremely caring and professional dentist. He has surrounded himself with an excellent staff who reflect his values in every way. My wife and I continue to come to Dr. Spence for care because we like and trust him enough to use him even though he is an out-of-network provider for our insurance. That should be an indication of our level of satisfaction with Dr. Spence's practice.
As an extreme mega dental phobic, i found the staff and doctors to be extremely friendly, helpful and caring. Greatly appreciate all their help. Highly recommend to anyone with dental fears.

They always do a good job taking care of my dental needs - cleaning, fillings, extractions - and helping me plan for future dental work that may be coming up. The staff are always friendly and helpful.
I've been Dr. Kramr's patient since the day he opened his practice with Dr. Urso (I think no longer there), many many years ago. Both I and my wife get our dental care at University Dental Associates and would not consider going anywhere else except if Dr. Kramr makes a referral. He is IMO one of the finest people I've encountered ever, and more importantly, he is a very very good dentist.
