I thought about moving here but I got really bad vibes from the whole situation when I set up arrangements to tour a unit and then review the terms of the lease before putting any money down. Well, take a look at how responsible they are with their sidewalks in wintertime and tell me the experience of actually living here would be pleasant. Dodged a bullet!
Horrible experience. Set up two viewings, got two no-shows. The office attendant Clara chose the times & Date. But did not show up or respond to emails or calls. During my last attempt of to see property got met with a widebody burly AA man (manager) with a bad attitude. He was upset that I didn’t want to shake his sausage fingers. And rolled his eyes after arriving 54 minutes late. I decided not to view the property. This level of unprofessionalism is a bad sign. Please take your hard earned money somewhere else.

I've lived in University Court for 3+ years and I love it. The place is very clean and well organized (thanks to the amazing building manager). It is close enough to UPenn and Univ. of sciences that you can walk, but also far enough that it is not expensive, area is quiet and the street parking is easy. It is very pet-friendly too.
