To be honest, what's not to love? They are one of VERY FEW places to pay 80% on gold & silver, and even offer more if you take store credit. Their jewelry prices are second to none, and the staff is extremely knowledgeable.

My boyfriend and I tried to sell a necklace and they told us we had to have a parent with us unless we were above the age of 25.. what kind of logic is that.
This company is a joke! All about making $. I took in after much research on my own upon many hundreds of vintage postal stamps that are valued at anywhere between $50 -$650 -$10,000 & he just rifled through them all within 10 seconds saying no collector would be interested in any of them. Told me he'd be willing to offer me $10 for all! Long story short, no way! Not stupid! Did my research & i know that he knew what i had. Pre- world war 1 stamps worth thousanda of dollars ! Don't go to this place ever!
I want to thank the whole staff at University Coin&Jewelry for treating people as family. (The "Naples 15" restaurant experience from the gift certificate I won, was unforgettable). Grazie!
