We have been going here for several years and have always been very satisfied with the quality of the jewelry that we have purchased. Also the whole staff is very friendly & helpful and always help us find just what we are looking for. I definitely recommend that you stop into the store if you want to find a good deal, the prices are great.
The owner has been sending me creepy, weird DMs for no apparent reason, I'd stay far far away from here if I were you.
They just received a citation for not reporting items they bought (which happen to be stolen). Beware you might be purchasing someones precious family heirlooms that were stolen from them. It happened to me. Very heartbreaking.
After refusing to pay for an item he bought the hater comes out...know who you’re doing business with.
My Boyfriend n I came there for the first time today, n we liked it! Had the jewelry we were insterested in, n actually bought a few pieces! Was greated n taken care of in a great matter! We will be back again sometime soon!
Just had a great experience this afternoon! My mom and I were looking to gather information on a variety of jewelry pieces. The guy who worked with us was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable! Wish we would’ve gotten his name so I could give him a personal shout out - only identifying characteristics were an orange shirt and a gray Oakley hat! 😄 Very friendly and great customer service! Will definitely be back! 👍

After dealing with 2 other coin/jewelry shops in Madison, 1 of which was very shady, University Coin & Jewelry is the only place I feel comfortable recommending others go to. The staff and owners are friendly and I always feel comfortable here. Thank you!
