I have only amazing things to say about this apartment complex. It is by far the best apartment I've ever lived in. You are paying the same price as some other apartments, but have more space. I had a furnished apartment and was so happy when I saw that everything was brand new and great quality (a real mattress instead of the plastic foam some places have). Awesome place, great price, & the staff is the best
This is the absolute best place I've lived since I started college. The amazing prices and amazing office staff keep me entertained and satisfied with their amazing customer service and their very invested interest in my life! I've never felt more at home at another apartment like I have here at university club apartments. I wish there was more stars that could be given.
Just signed on for my third year at uclub! Affordable, nice, and is great for a university student. Best apartment I've stayed at in San Marcos! Everytime you put in a maintenance request they are at your door that day. Management and employees are the friendliest in town. Give them a look!
Avoid this place. Lived here a full year now and I do not have a single good thing to say, especially about the office and maintenance. I actually just woke up to maintenance yelling through my stairway making animal noises (on another one of their surprise visits).
