They are nothing like what they look! They completely suck! Very poor management setup! I regret choosing to live there. They charge you wrongly everytime and don’t post the correct amount in their eehoorn portal system. My move out was a disaster because of all the payment issues they had created!! By far the worst apartment complex I've ever lived in. For several months they were charging me $50 late fees claiming that I never had Renters Insurance even though I physically sat down with their staff as they directed me to the Lemonade.com and got my insurance information before submitting my application. It took months of showing them MULTIPLE times the proof of insurance and coverage dates before they removed the fees. UClub used to be so-so but the complex has come under new management and they are doing a far better job than the previous team. You can tell that the new management is trying to improve and run the complex better. I’m excited to see the continued improvements!
I lived there for most of my college experience and to be honest it was a subpar experience. The reason for the one star comes after I have lived there. My old roommate moved into her new unit at this complex only to find that they had allowed a resident who lived with us to move back into the complex after she had made all three of us feel very unsafe and resulting in her getting evicted.
