Will nickel and dime you. After move out they will send you to collections before 30 day alloted time period to pay your balance. Also they don't really fix anything just offer temporary solutions.
They screw you over with parking. I registered for a guest pass, then someone was in the spot I was assigned. They had a pass also, without a spot number on it, so I didn't know if they accidentally got assigned the same spot. I didn't call the towing company because the lot was empty and I figured since my car was registered I should be okay. Instead, they towed me. Avoid at all cost. The management is awful! Parkside is probably better than this place now.
