Its been a month staying here. Experience has been smooth. No issues and prompt management.
Very unprofessional. Most of the workers in the office are lairs. They tell you one thing and do the next. How does a place run without knowing cooperate number. Lies. They do not want to fix anything. Two former roommates trashed the apt and stole and nothing was done. The apt looks disgusting. Rats run through your apt like they pay rent. Don’t even think about it management is horrible, and the building is sooo rundown
I wouldn't recommend living here. Issues never get resolved. I tried emailing & calling multiple times and never got a response. Hallways smelled like garbage. The side entrance door was broken pretty much the entire time I lived there.
When I moved in I got an apartment that was not painted, had the dirtiest of the dirtiest bathroom, The carpet was not in the best condition, there was a fork rotting in kitchen sink. After I cleaned the apartment they had the audacity to charge me for painting and cleaning fee. They are thieves and I would not recommend anyone to move in to this weed stinking, rat infested, and disgusting apartment. There are plenty apartments nearby that are way better with reasonable prices.
I love this community because of the amazing staff. They are graceful, honest, and very professional. Particularly Ms. Heather, the assistant property manger. She always amazes me with her extraordinary memory of all our names. There are so many people that live in this building! Yet she remembered my name the 2nd time I simply spoke with her on the phone, and from our introduction in August 2017 she has been the same kind, compassionate, and understanding professional I met all those months ago.
