I’ve been living with University City Associates for almost 10 years now, across two of their properties in University City—and it’s been a great experience. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of West Philly, and UCA has clearly been part of the community for a long time. I have been renting from UCA for over 5 years, and it has been amazing. Anytime I’ve had any issues, the response is always swift to take care of any issue. Ms. Robin (GM) is amazing to work with, and handle all issue professionally.
Beware of this property management company! ★They will charge you without reason ★ We paid our PECO bills on time, yet UCA claimed I missed last month’s payment. Now I’ve been charged $75 in service fees plus the PECO bill I had already paid. If you plan to rent from them, double-check every bill carefully
Low priced and big apartments. But many have mice infestations. Traps work to some extent but the core issue is many apartments are of older type from inside and thus have relatively easier access to mice.
