Decent college apartment at a decent price close to the university and the prices are decent. Apartments are a decent size. Apartments seem pretty old and could use some work such as gas heat and gas ovens. The landlord is very nice as long and she knows and likes you. There have been some break ins to cars reported. PROS: close to campus, decent prices and roomy CONS: apartments couls use some upgrades and maybe some type of security around
