The doctor don't do research on medications that they prescribed. when you question them about the side effects they say that don't cause that. Why are these doctors still being able to practice medicine if they aren't going to do their jobs? That's why they are called practicing physicians because they are on a continuous learning cycle. I am sharing my experience because I believe patients deserve to feel heard and respected. I came to this cardiology practice with ongoing symptoms and test results, including newer imaging findings, that I wanted to better understand. I simply wanted my symptoms and test results to be thoroughly discussed and explained. Instead, I left the appointment feeling dismissed and uncomfortable with how my concerns were addressed. I want to the cardiology department thinking that I had an appointment. But apparently the appointment card that I was given belonged to someone else. I was not on the schedule anywhere. The staff however made it happen. Shelby, Annie & Cody were so kind & accommodating to find a spot to fit me in. There were others involved, but these 3 were the main players. Great staff! So thankful for all of them.
