I’m not sure of the person’s title (manager or supervisor), but I found their behavior disrespectful. If you hadn’t rushed to refund the money I was trying to explain, I would have come back later that day or the following week to have the wash completed. I wasn’t upset; it’s my fault I overbooked my schedule and I simply ran out of time to wait.
They do an average job. Nothing great, nothing terrible. They are quick, and it is an easy in and out.
No good
This is, without any doubt, the best car wash place in town! The service is always incredibly friendly and amazingly fast. But best of all, my car looks new with just the deluxe wash -- a total steal at $25. The crew does a stellar job, inside and out, and I will never go anywhere else in Fort Worth.
