The appointment setter for the breast center was extremely rude, sarcastic, and dismissive. From the voicemail she left me to the call back, she was unprofessional and extremely insensitive. I wish I would’ve gotten her name but it was clearly an older woman. Not a good first impression at all.
Clean, nice, new equipment, super friendly people and so much easier than going to UTMC. Will definitely continue to schedule at this location in future.
Everyone here - from the check-in staff to the mammogram specialist to the radiologist- was so friendly and helpful. I felt very well taken care of!
