Honestly so terrible they will tell you what ever they want to get you in they told me they take emergency Medicare now they are not and I got a bill for a psych eval that I didn’t get any other services for because no one could tell me anything till after the psych eval that it wasn’t taking the merges Medicare. The psych in the appointment knew I was given the wrong information, but hey now I get a wonderful 489 dollar bill for a psych eval that I wouldn’t of gone through if I was given proper information before hand. I got family member in here and from staff to doctors this place is unbelievable, unprofessional and staring mean. Most people here are transferred from hospitals and you can see all they want to cash in on people who are struggling in their life. most people are in and out and this place creates revolving doors for people who are in need and this place dont help at all. People answering the phones will just tell you to hold and hang up the phone for a simple question like what are visitor hours and not even give you an answ... read more

PARENTS BE AWARE THAT THE KIDS INSIDE HAVE COURT ON FRIDAYS. I was NOT made aware of this. If I would’ve known I would’ve been there and he would have had appropriate counsel. They provided him with a public defender but he has a law guardian who knows him well and would’ve represented him better. It felt like it was kept from us on purpose.
