The one bedroom apartment building is quiet and perfect for the studious while the building that houses the two, three and four bedroom flat and townhouses is well suited for roommates! All of the buildings are a five minute walk to the engineering building and are on the bus line. Enjoy University Bay’s prime location by living on the near West side of campus!

I lived at University Bay (2116 building) for four years and overall, I had a great experience. Nothing horrible to report. If you are considering this property, you’ve toured it and you like it, nothing I will say should stop you from making this spot your new home.
