My husband and I purchased a new Jeep at University Auto Center last weekend and we cannot say enough good things about our experience! We have been doing a lot of research on new Jeeps, but just haven't jumped the gun to actually go and look at them as we just have always hated the car buying experience (pushy, slimy, not trustworthy, etc... sales people). This shop treated my mother in law very badly. 1. They did a poor job on a Subaru head gasket job by only doing one side. They charged as much for this work as a reputable shop would charge for both sides. 2. Their work failed well before it should have. (2.5 years of light driving) 3. They did not stand by their work at all. My mother in law now has to have the work redone at another shop. University auto center has effectively stolen $3000 dollars from a senior citizen.
