Great location, Great Staff University Apartments is very close to UCF so if you are a student or working at UCF, it's a great place to live. You can walk or scooter to school with ease. The staff is nice and all issues get taken care of promptly.
Family, Student, and Everybody Oriented! You don't have to be a student to live here, but there are students as well as families! Great neighborhood, location, and staff! Neighborly atmosphere.
Best and Affordable Place to Live! I have been living in this apartment for the past 6 years. The management and maintenance are always prompt, perfect, and friendly. This is the most affordable apartment and is situated in a prime location. Right across the trail, you have UCF and within the 5-mile radius, you have the best dining options and shopping areas. I definitely recommend it!

I love living here!! This is a great place to live. The manager here is amazing, super friendly and always smiling. It’s a great price and if there’s any issues management and maintenance are on top of it quickly. It’s close to many stores and restaurants as well.
Nice experience! It was a nice experience staying at the University apartment.
