Universal Transmission has had my vehicle since May 9th, 2019. I was initially working with David Peterson and nearly three months later handed off to Antonio (He states he's the manager of all locations but works out the 1960 location). Initial quote was $6800 after a diagnostic to rebuild my transmission. Today is November 3rd, and my car is still inoperative. Great Service, and thorough Crew. Robert was super helpful and knowledgeable. I would definitely use them again and will send my friends and family to see Robert and the Universal Crew for any future Auto Repairs or Transmission work.
Came in for transmission service January 2017 and was told it would cost $600 to look at the transmission. I paid cash, got a hand written receipt, and I told Daniel (manager) to call me with an estimate. He calls me for with the initial estimate of $5000 less the $600 so $4400. I told him to wait for repair so I can talk to my wife, and that I’ll call him the next day. I called him the next day, and he said he’s completed repair of the car.
