This business is just out to get people money but do NOT deliver on the services that they CLAIM they provide! I contacted Universal Transmissions back in March of 2022 about my Nissan Murano. Spoke with Mr. Chuck who claimed that they would diagnose my issue for free. First of many lies!! He charged me $500 and then told me to use the finance company that he works with and it had to be paid back with in 100 days! Me thinking that he was really trying to help me did it! What I think is this business or rather non business should be shut down completely. Liars that charged us 3585.00 for a rebuilt transmission in which all parts inside the transmission were replaced with so called new parts on a 2018 Camaro yes 2018. Upon arrival at this place a lady was going off on the worker about her car (red flag indeed). You forgot to mention that this 2018 Camaro was in a car wreck and the air bags blew out and have been pieced together with glue as a short cut among other things that have been damaged during the accident and maybe short cuts on other things too. I have called their number at first, he sugarcoated and said how smooth it was going to be, I agreed, and I decide to continue with the repairs, the repair charges were going to be $1995.00 with a warranty for 6 months, about 3 months down the line I took it for a State Inspection, and I had issue with it, it would not shift from first gear to next. CROOKS!! QUOTED MY 70 YEAR OLD MOTHER $1100 TO REBUILD HER TRANSMISSION THEN ONCE THEY STARTED WORK RAISED THE PRICE TO $3000 ON A 20 YEAR OLD HONDA !!!

If you are going to write a bad comment, then you should list all facts of this transaction. The 20 year old Honda is not a little 4 cylinder Civic, it is an Odyssey which is one of the biggest transmission that the Honda had fabricated. One of the managers I believe Mark flat out lied and told me that he and car warranty company came to an agreement but that was not the case I'm finding out a week later. Stay away from this shop unless you love headaches.. Never call back just poor customer service all the way round
