I had a pretty messy closing. I live overseas, and my ex-husband was being very difficult in the process of completing the sale of the house. Lindsay and Patrick at Universal title worked with me and helped me with this process to make it as smooth as possible. I didn’t think it would ever have worked this easily. Patrick, Lindsay and the rest of the team at Universal Title are super helpful and supportive. When we had to switch lenders at the last minute they were super accommodating and got us to the closing table right on time. We have used them previously for other loans and we will continue to use their services again and again.
