These folks are great! We spend part of our time in Florida and we would not go anywhere else for service. We actually time it to get major things done like tires and brakes at Universal Tire & Auto versus up north where we live. Locals or visitors this shop is the place to go. What is important to us is a shop you can trust, honest service, no upselling and quality work.
A great family oriented place! I wasn't sure what exactly was wrong with my car, but within 5 minutes of pulling in Mike was able to look and tell me exactly what was wrong and how he was going to fix it. He didn't try to fix things I didn't need fixed or upcharge anything. Just straight forward and honest! Nathan, the front guy, was also really nice to talk to while I was waiting!
Normally I do not write reviews however after my experience yesterday, I feel as if I need to alert potential consumers looking for a decent oil change, to know what happened to me .My family and I have been going to Universal Tire & Auto for a couple years its been a wonderful smooth experience up until yesterday . I went in for my usual oil change it has always been 19.99 in the past yesterday it was 69.99 the sales guy was nice enough to give me a 10.00 coupon which made it 65.67 after taxes and disposal. This is the best mechanic shop you could ever go to. The staff are very knowledgeable and super friendly. Nathan sets the best example of knowledge and professionalism with company. They are NOT about taking every dime you work hard for. You will not be disappointed with their service, they're great!
Had my brakes replaced here and they did great work. Highly recommended
