I went here at the end of September and got an oil change and less than 3 months later my oil pressure light comes on. So I take it to the car dealer and have them check it out. We have no oil leak or anything and we barely have any oil left in our car. We called today and of course they say it's not there fault that the car dealer just wants to make money.

Had a radiator replaced in my Toyota. Started with a fluctuation in coolant, was sure it was a head gasket, and was prepared for the worse. The guys here did a pressure test on the engine and was soon to spot a leak from a crack from the side of the radiator. They swapped it out same day in short time. I was recently at they’re shop. I’ve never felt so good about how I was taken care of. I’m a single mother and don’t know about cars. Mike and Rob went out of their way to show me what was needed and explained things how I would understand. They showed me what was needed and actually explained how things work. I then called my dad and he understood and backed everything up that they said. I will never go anywhere else. They have earned my business for life.

I had my tires replaced at Universal Tire and Auto on 7/18. I had told the shop owner, Mike, that I had just purchased my 2001 Mazda Miata with tires that still had tread on them but that were from 2007, so the tires and valve stems were dry rotted and unsafe. He agreed that replacing them was the smart thing to do, and proceeded to do so. He charged me $482.27 for replacing all four tires and valve stems along with mounting and balancing the tires and an alignment. Three day...Continue Reading

Took our car to verify what was wrong after being told tire rod was cracked, after 2nd opinion was told nothing was wrong. Owner cussed out my husband because we got 2nd opinion. Universal has lost our business after 5 years if being a loyal customer. Very disappointed.

I cannot say enough about this business! I had an awful day, ending in my vehicle stuck at my job & not starting. They went above and beyond (cannot stress that enough) to take care of me and give me an honest experience. I get very nervous as a young female dealing with mechanics/ repair shops bc I don’t always know what’s going on and I don’t want to get taken advantage of.
