I think it's the worst option to choose pay the application fare. Afterwards, I check the price and I think it's expensive, so I decide not to find a place to live through the website. Three months later, they charge me for $1085 because I don't cancel the application without my permission. Actually, I don't receive anything from them to inform me about that. WTF

Guys. Do not even consider using their services. They will try their best to take your money. You won't get your security deposit back. They made story up to say that the student violated their contract in order to keep the deposit. They would probably delete this review but im posting it anyway. update: They blocked my Facebook. Is this North Korea? WTF?

Hello Jeffy, Thank you of your message. We are sorry you think this way but your Terms and Condition states that you are responsible to pay for everyday you stay in the host family. In your case, you were supposed to move out from your host family on the 17th but you ended overstaying without contacting our office (even though email was sent you reminding that your move out was approaching). Our staff sent you an e-mail but your reply was received 3 days later. YOU ARE GETTING YOUR DEPOSIT BACK however the extra day and late... read more

I am writing this review for Leo. He is awesome. He addresses any concerns you have quickly and efficiently and will work with you to make sure everything goes smoothly.
