I’ve had a truly wonderful experience at Universal Smiles. From the moment you walk in, Sarah and Nicole at the front desk greet you warmly and make check-in seamless and easy. The entire team is not only professional but genuinely caring and attentive. Tammy and Pranavi, the hygienists, are thorough and gentle. They take the time to explain each step of the cleaning and offer helpful advice on maintaining oral health. Very disappointing experience. I called several times before our scheduled appointments to make sure our insurance was verified and everything was in order. The staff assured me it was. On the day of our visit, my husband, daughter, and I all took time off work and camp to attend only to be told, after being seated in the chairs, that we were not covered and would need to self-pay. Dr. Gopal’s office staff is very professional, courteous and dedicated to their craft. I would highly recommend a consultation visit if you’re looking for professional service.
