Universal Smiles (DC) review Nice office and staff. Don't let that fool you. Have never had any work done by Dr. Zimmet, so I can't review him. I know he still works there, after he sold the business to Dr. Bilal Ahmed. Whatever you do, do not see Dr. Ahmed, he is arrogant and rude. A very bad experience.
