I had a roof put on last year by Universal and called them back this year to put new gutters and down spouts on. Everything was great, a pressure free estimator, courteous installers and everything absolutely cleaned up after. I highly recommend their work and service.
Universal Roofing is hands down the best as far as experience and professionalism in the Philadelphia area . I know this to be true since I’m a general contractor that has used multiple roofers and only go with Universal . If you want to sleep at night peacefully, I’d suggest using Universal Roofing .
Anthony and Marvin arrived between the time allotted and asked questions about the location of the leak, and then they went to work. A half an hour later, Anthony came to the front door again and asked to see the leak on the inside, so he would be sure that it was completely fixed. He also told me that the problem was a clog in the down drain, on the back of the house. He completely cleared the clog and everything was draining properly again. Big Anthony and their guys did an amazing job. While working they'd check in with me to give me updates and see if I'd be okay with them doing things a certain way. They did a great job, used quality materials, and made me feel confident in doing business with them. Plus the 12 year warranty is great, and maintenance is affordable too. Would recommend
