Great experience working with Dan. Dan was able to get our first estimate within 24 hours of meeting. He was open to changes and once the final material was picked. The installation took two days and looked great. The only regret was that I did not have him paint the house as he had offer a competitive price but I went a direction I now know was not the right discussion. Highly recommend Dan and his team

Universal Restoration repaired some heavy hail damage on our home, replacing the roof, some windows, and all siding. The way Daniel worked with our insurance company to be sure we were covered on everything before he started work (even explaining to me what he was doing and what needed to be discussed) was so comforting and made me trust him right away. My home was hit in a hail storm that caused widespread damage in our area and created an intense need for great contractors. I reached out to Universal based on a rec on NextDoor. Daniel handled all of the logics for a new roof, gutters, solar removal and replacement, and siding. If I had any questions or feedback, he answered promptly, professionally, and fairly. These projects can be stressful for homeowners and it was a relief to trust the contractor and get my house back into top shape.
