This is one management company that is for lack of a better word, TERRIBLE! They have no problem solving ability and are very rude and inconsiderate. Instead of doing what a property management company should do and take care of problems for both Landlords and Tenants they give you a phone number and that is all, you have to take care of the rest. I strongly suggest finding a company that has more than a two person staff and actually cares about and has pride in what they do!

Personally, these 4 comments below are hard to accept as the truth. I had no issues with them on the neagtive. In fact when the owner switched from to another Universal Prop. Mang. to another co. (reason unknown),I was quiet upset. I know how hard it is to work with some prop. mang. co. From the min. Iwalked in the door , I was greeted with smiles and they worked with me . hi to all you people reading this i rented from this company for 12 months right at the end of the lease the actual owner called us and told us that he would no longer be using the company due to the fact that they the hardest time giving him the rent money. unise the owner told him we always paid late but yet i had the reciepts that said other wise.
