Do not do any buisness with this so called company!!! Save your self a huge headache!! This company Alicia & Eunice will tell you anything to pocket your security deposit!! They are liars and thieves and I will take it to my fullest extent to see that they get investigated by the BBB or small claims if thats what it takes!!
I am interested in potentially getting a Property Management firm to help with property. When I asked the guy a few questions and told him I was doing research to potentially pick a good company. He said "thanks for wasteing my time". It was only a 2 minute conversation, with a few simple questions.
Do not do any buisness with this so called company!!! Save your self a huge headache!! This company Alicia & Eunice will tell you anything to pocket your security deposit!! At least you had contact with the owner. I have called multiple times AND emailed to inquire on a property with NO response EVER! Apparently this company isnt in to customer service or interested in really renting their property!

Before renting out my home I called 4 or 5 rental agencies and Eunice was the only one who called me back, when I met with her she even asked why I chose UPM and I told her the same thing. UPM rented our property right away for what we wanted and although a few rental checks arrived late in the 4 years of renting, and counting, we haven't had any problems with them, Ive never had a problem getting in touch with them, hell, once I even called Eunice when she was on vacation in Hawaii...lol I didnt know I had here cell number,... read more

This place is the worst place that you could look for to do business with. They are liars and they try to pocket money where ever they can. Eunice and Alicia have no shame. I recommend that they be investigated by the BBB and housing authority on how they conduct business. Please avoid using them or renting property from them. Thank me later.
Personally, these 4 comments below are hard to accept as the truth. I had no issues with them on the neagtive. In fact when the owner switched from to another Universal Prop. Mang. to another co. (reason unknown),I was quiet upset. I know how hard it is to work with some prop. mang. co. From the min. Iwalked in the door , I was greeted with smiles and they worked with me .
