Had them come out yesterday because we had no water pressure for our HOT water. The plumber that came out told my husband we needed to get a new water heater , change the pipes and do a lot of work to fix the problem. We told him we'd wait and get a second opinion from our son. When our son looked at it, he found that just one hose was plugged up, he just changed the hose and now we have perfect Hot Water pressure. Very disappointing!
