Scheduled an oil change and service for check engine . Both I have service agreement. I arrived at scheduled time and they said service agreement they cannot do anything and have to go to Ford. I told them to do oil change 3 hours later, still waiting and went for update. They said they were waiting on filter and was taking longer. Mind you I made this appointment nearly a week ag80xo. Do not go to service your car here! Reading other reviews they do the same thing over and over to customers. My car was damaged twice after the service and they do not want to take accountability for the damages. Service Manager Alex is rude and very condescending to women. After many attempts to get my car fixed the way I brought it in was ignored completely from all departments. No phone calls or emails were answered, but one that was terribly written.
