Scheduled an oil change and service for check engine . Both I have service agreement. I arrived at scheduled time and they said service agreement they cannot do anything and have to go to Ford. Do not go to service your car here! Reading other reviews they do the same thing over and over to customers. My car was damaged twice after the service and they do not want to take accountability for the damages. Service Manager Alex is rude and very condescending to women. After many attempts to get my car fixed the way I brought it in was ignored completely from all departments. No phone calls or emails were answered, but one that was terribly written. Miguel was polite and helpful! We are from Louisiana, and this is the second time we had our vehicle serviced here while on vacation. Great service center!
Horrific service as usual. If I wasn't locked into a service agreement, id never come back, and as a result, I'LL NEVER BUY ANOTHER CAR FROM THIS GROUP. UNIVERSAL, AGAIN. None of the management care when a customer is dissatisfied. When they finally sent the manager out to speak to me he was rude and condescending, and kept interrupting me to talk over me.
