I will no longer be patronizing the Universal Nissan Service Center after my appointment this morning. I came in for routine PM and to have a faulty windshield wiper fluid sensor checked out. I have a Pro Tek Platinum Extended Warranty and Maintenance Service Plus Contract. Useless workers that do not know what they are doing, could not get rid of tyre pressure light on dashboard, they charged for reset of sensors which did not work, then wanted over $1000 to change all sensors, got it done for $200 elsewhere, disgusting scammers
Brandon, my service advisor, was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He was professional, attentive, and made sure everything was explained clearly. I really appreciated his excellent communication and the way he went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Highly recommend working with him!
Previous experience: On October 29, 2024, I arrived at 1:40pm on time for my appointment. I was to have a simple oil change, rotation of tires and their complimentary multi-point inspection. I sat in the car for NINE MINUTES outside Collin Petgrave's office before I was checked in and I was given a text message to contact him if I had any questions during the service.
