Put 3k down on a car that didnt last a month broke down on me 5 times..the worse car lot in the city ,dont go there ..it a lemon lot i say
Absolutely the worst place to ever buy a vehicle. After buying from this dealership the vehicle broke down 4 times then was told 2 different times that I would get my money back witch didn’t happen so another lie. I promise you do not do business with this dealership. The salesman and secretary are awesome to deal with NOT THE GM OR OWENER.
Don’t buy here save yourself the head ache, I’ve had issues since I’ve purchased my car and it hasn’t even been a month yet. They offer to “FIX” it and once I get it back, the same problem arises. The GM George claims used cars will always have a check engine light, and that it doesn’t mean something is wrong which is a lie. I’ve gotten my vehicle checked out and confirmed what was wrong. DO NOT BUY HERE, AND LET ME TELL YOU WHY: I was looking for a car to take to and from school in Birmingham, and I found a car at this dealership. Had my mom, step dad, and grandma come view the car (being that I’ve never purchased a car and they knew what to ask better than I would). Bought the car Friday, and by Sunday the car wouldn’t crank. RecommendedWe had gotten an advance for our taxes and came to Universal Motors found the right type of SUV for our family that we'd been looking for. They even worked with us to pay it off quickly. Now we have a decent, reliable, good running vehicle after a year of disaster after disaster and junker after junker. Thank you guys so much, you really helped us in our time of need.

Bought a truck from him about 6 months ago explained to him I had a newborn I could buy none I had to constantly work on an he still sold me a lemon it stayed running just long enough for me not to be able to bring it back
This car lot is a junk yard. Don't drive anything off of their lot. They keep your money and will not put you in a different vehicle. Not even 2 days after purchase, they give you the run around for a car that is a hazard to be on the road. This car has been parked since purchase, so the blame is on this lemon lot.
