Worst experience ever!!! Very rude!!! The advertised price was $24,889, but additional charges for âdealer add-onsâ significantly increased the total cost. It felt misleading, as the advertised price seemed designed to align with tax credit qualifications, only for unexpected charges to be added later. I would recommend exercising caution when considering this dealership.
I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding the front axle damage on the used car I purchased from your dealership just three weeks ago. The vehicle in question is a ********** Tiguan 2019, and I completed the purchase on June 2nd, 2024.Upon a recent inspection by a certified mechanic, it was discovered that the front axle is damaged. This is a half and half review. *****, in sales, was fantastic. However, ****, in the finance office, was not. He assured us they would waive our first month's payment after making us wait for several hours. Naturally, we expected that the first monthly payment would be waived. But instead we were surprised to have a payment due exactly 30 days after driving off the lot. So I called and asked why, expecting it to be a glitch. Dealer responded right away however I decided to go a different direction.
This dealership has zero integrity and gives the Subaru brand a bad name. We purchased a brand new Forester (our third Subaru), and were relentlessly pushed on a rather expensive paint protection package by Cilajet that we were told we had no choice on because the protection was already applied to the car. Turns out there is no such protection on the vehicle (this was confirmed by a certified Cilajet technician looking into our warranty).
