They want to run with the big boys so bad, but invest in zero technology. The tech they do invest in is - and I'm not joking - microfiche so they can monitor ancient history. If you're doing anything remotely online look elsewhere - sprinklr, hootsuite, cision, ANYTHING
They are ok with print monitoring, but who cares about print anymore? When it comes to social/web monitoring, they miss about 50% of the data, and consistently screwed up my billing until it came to the point where it wasn't worth it anymore. Do yourself a favor and go with a more reputable, established company. You'll be glad you did.
They do great work! They have been around many years and are consistent.
