My AC went out in the middle of a heat wave and i was referred to Tom at Universal heating amd air. I called the business at 930 at night expecting a voicemail but Tom answered and came out the next morning. He had me up and running in about 30 minutes. While Tom was here, I noticed my water heater had a small leak. I asked if they could replace it, and they assured me it wouldn't be a problem. A couple days later, I had a brand new water heater installed. Tom was very professional and his prices were more then fair.
I had a bad experience with a different company $2300 later I called Universal in hopes they could help.They were here the day after I called them. They are a small family run business and Pasha was able to diagnose the problem within 10 minutes. The very next morning they arrived with the equipment to correct the problem. By noon I had AC in the house again! I can't say how much I appreciate their expertise, professionalism, promptness, attitudes, and cost. We have a 10+ year old AC system that had a leak on a hot day. I called 5 places in which they didn’t have any openings to look at it the same day. We called Universal and Tom was able to come that evening. Literally took him 20 minutes and our AC was working again. He even gave us a recommendation of when to replace the AC system. We will definitely be calling back to have this old AC system replaced. Thank you Tom! I definitely recommend if you have HVAC issues
