I would not recommend this company—don’t be fooled by the 4.6-star rating. Based on this interaction, I feel those lower ones have been removed. From the start, the experience felt rushed, dismissive, and unprofessional. The representative arrived late (although he did call to adjust the time), then sat outside on a call for several minutes before even coming to the door.
