I use to love this clinic till recently they started using Artificial Intelligence. We need to keep our clinics traditional especially for the elderly! Also take care of our planet!
Overall it’s a pretty good place. Minus today. I called at 9:02am regards a situation for a refill. I called 3 times because the first two times they said someone will call me back and etc. The 3rd time I called… I was told the provider doesn’t have time to do a prescription because they’re about to leave. It’s bullshit when I called twice before that to see an update. Not okay at all.
The dental dept was really really great but I would like to share,if you guys can make the phone line direct so patients Dont have to go through all the menu, please
I am beyond happy with this place! Not only by how fast it is but by it’s staff, Carolina such a professional nurse she is a very gentle and extremely sweet person who really loves what she does my parents say they’ve never encountered any other nurse like her with her good, positive and respectful Attitude very much educated girl! We look forward to always seeing her in each of our visits. For any injections ask for her you will not even feel a pinch….!
I had my first visit here, and met with Bijal Patel. Check-in was a breeze, and everything was very prompt. Ms Patel was very thorough during my yearly physical. I was asked thoughtful questions about my history and everything was heard and cared for. She also addressed my concerns about acne and explained my diagnosis in a way that made sense to me. I left feeling heard, understood, and confident in the care I received.
