RecommendedMy daughter recently had an accident (her fault) and I was referred to Tammy. She took great care of everyone’s vehicles and made sure all repairs were done timely and correctly. She is honest and courteous. If you need a repair, definitely take your vehicle there.

Tammy was very helpful. Gave me a good quote and set up the time toget the work done. car was fixed on time. Bill was les than the quote because they did not have to replace some parts.
I ran out of gas in front of their shop and Mike went above and beyond helping me get back on the road. He pulled out his personal gas he uses for pressure washing and filled the entire 5 gallon container in my car. I can’t thank you enough Mike and I highly recommend everyone come here for any needs you may have.

I would recommend Universal Collision over any body shop in Tallahassee mrs. Tammy did an excellent job and went above and beyond from making sure the estimate was right to making sure your car or truck is done on time and detailed when you get it back if you're wanting a seamless OEM Factory job this is the place to take it the paint and body guys did an excellent job on my $40,000 Chevy truck if you want people to say wow I can't even tell it was in an accident this is th… See more

They took great care of me and my car. Tammy would call and make sure I was ok and helped deal with the other insurance company. Mike did a great job of checking me in at the beginning and was absolutely wonderful anytime I called. My car looked Great when I got it today. I love the extra touch of cleaning it. So sweet. They try and take the stress out of accident and help as much as they can. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Universal Collision and their wonderful crew to anyone.
