Wish i could give this place 0 stars, vehicle advertised on website and wasn’t even there. Talked to terrance east multiple times and he told me it was available. complete false advertisement and scam after driving 2 hours to get down here. bad business
Can I just say how amazed I am at the staff and the hospitality that was offered to me at universal cars! Frank was an absolute great salesperson to speak to! He was very relaxed and professional and helped me through the task of buying a car. He was amazing and diligent in taking the time to walk me through the steps. THANK YOU UNIVERSAL CARS!!!!!
Lee absolutely horrendous people to deal with took forever to send my title then it wasn’t correctly filled out was told they were supposed to contact the company. They bought it from and get the name of the person they bought it from but they refuse to do that was too much work for them to call and contact the people that they bought it from. I would not buy a car from these people unless your life depends on it very shady very unprofessional
Although the process was quick and they were helpful in getting me a car, they were not helpful after purchase. I purchased a jeep compass from them and was told that a part would be fixed in a week only to be given the runaround. My vehicle is still not fixed and have not heard from anyone at the dealership after calling, texting and going up there.
