From start to finish Frank and the team got me into a car that was right for me! The process was as smooth as one could ask for. These guys have a lot of patience and professionalism, all things considered with this profession. I had very minor concerns and they were all fixed swiftly. I would strongly caution anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from Universal Cars Xchange. Our experience has been extremely disappointing. We were sold a vehicle that has turned out to be unreliable. On top of that, we were charged for a warranty that we never received documentation or proof of coverage for. When we attempted to contact the dealership to resolve the issue, our calls were dismissed, and we were told they “don’t have time to go back and forth” before the phone was hung up on us. First time purchasing a car here & Pam made my experience very welcoming and enjoyable. Purchased an Audii Q5 Premium Plus and the car was in pristine condition.
