Went to Urgent Care today. Liked the online option to reserve a spot in the walk-in line. I waited only 15 minutes to get in to see someone. They took good care of me!
Very difficult to get through to their billing department. Sit in hold for a very long time and then it shoots you to voicemail even though you never choose that option. Takes them over 2 days to respond, then if you miss that call, you have to call back and repeat the whole thing over again.
they really care about their patients as well as their staff. I've been a patient with one clinic for 25years and an employee at another for a little over a year - I wouldn't have wanted to work for them if I didn't believe in their compassion, integrity & code of ethics.
On the evening of December 30th my husband arrived by ambulance. Within 10 minutes he had a scan and shortly after was back in a bed in the ER. The ER nurses, Ryan, Dustin, Doug and tech's were extremely helpful and considerate. Many thanks to Dr Fry for carefully stepping us through what the next steps were. Thank you all very much for your care!
I did not have a good experience at the Grimes clinic. I went to Dr. Carin for a mouth issue, not at one point during my visit was I notified that my insurance would not be covering the cost of the appointment. Her prescription for my issue was mouth wash at Walmart. I could of gotten better results using google. This is not the first time I have had a bad experience with this clinic, in the past they have sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy twice.
Great caring teachers. A good learning environment. They really care about students.

People call your clinic and are told they have high call volume. They can’t schedule or cancel an appointment.
