There is just so much to list here why I gave Muscatine unity only 1 star. Completely disappointed. My children will not be going to unity anymore. Had my first child (out of 5) at this hospital and I refused to have my other kiddos there.
To be honest I am not happy with the treatment or services provided. 1st started with the obgyn treated me with no consideration on what my feelings were, now the doctor will not get back to me on any kind of advice or after a MRI scan. Even if it's a simple prescription or anything, they are and have ignored me for about 24 hours now. I left 2 messages with nurses and left messages from my app.

I have never had an issue with your clinics. That, unfortunately is where the good ends. For the second time you have sent my account to a collection agency while I’m making payments on it. Payments we agreed upon on a recorded line. Payments that were agreed upon by your supervisor. I haven’t missed a payment. This is the second time you have done this to my account. I would probably have said yes until today when the clinic out my health at risk. Without a call they turned down my refill of blood pressure meds saying I needed to make an appointment with the doctor. This isn’t because I haven’t seen them in a while, it’s because they want to see me every quarter and I haven’t had the quarterly visit. Quarterly isn’t required for my meds, they just want the revenues and to ensure they can say they see me regularly. RecommendedMy experience at Anamosa Urgent Care has been excellent. Timely, caring, professional. Offices/exam rooms clean and sterile. Nursing, PA’s and students are top notch. Would highly recommend.
I looking forward to a response from Unity Point. At this moment I am really disappointed that they cannot provide the simplest of services to me.
I didn't go to this location, but your urbandale location doesn't have a page. I waited an 1 hour 30 minutes, which is understandable being it's a walk in appointment. Only to not get a prescription for my unbearable sinus infection, I'm 32 weeks pregnant and my PA had to look up on Google things for me to take. Only for everything she said my OB strictly disagreed with. I waited that long only for PA to Google what I could do, I could have done so at home.
My physician and his team, downtown Des Moines, are beyond comparison, awesome.
