Very friendly and helpful, I was there for not even 5 mins an I was seen quick
EVERYTIME we go here my family id misdiagnosed. Yesterday my daughter was seen and Dr. Susan Baxter said nothing to worry about and sent her home. She refused any medication and refused any testing. Today she was seen again and was informed she has meningitis. This place is an absolute joke and after being misdiagnosed multiple times I wonder why we would ever go back. I'm waiting for the center manager to call me.
2 yrs. Ago my husband was taken care of and he went back for a follow up and the nurse came out and told him that they could no longer take care of him or us no reason and was very rude about it.
The wait takes forever! There is no urgency for the urgent care!!!
If nice that they have urgent care and family practice. I was able to easily become a new patient and my doctor is very thorough. Having said that, even with an appointment you're going to have a wait time. If you're going for urgent care, you're going to have a long wait time
