Good luck getting a call back from your doctor at this clinic, it won’t happen unless you badger them! My husband and I both go to this clinic, and both of us have issues getting calls back from staff regarding issues or medical concerns. My doctor had told me she would refer me to a specialist for medication concerns, but I only found out after waiting 3 months to be contacted by the specialist (which is how long the doctor had told me it could take), that my doctor never put in a referral! Appointment scheduling very disorganized. Check in staff asked me 3 times how to spell my last name. When I came in last month on 9/30, they said my appointment was 10/28. I came in, they said I canceled my appointment on 9/30, which I never did. Called back upon returning home, scheduler could not hear me, so I spoke louder and she told me to not yell at her. I'd love to keep coming here if the office staff could get their act together. I supposedly have an appointment in December, but God only knows........
