I love Dr David Trachenburg and Ann Webster, but the office staff is horrible when it comes to answering the phone. If you call the office, it takes one to 2hrs for someone to answer. This happens the majority of the time. Unacceptable.
they don’t answer the phone EVER. i’ve called 10 times. it’s like the ladies at front desk turn the phones off so they don’t have to answer them. just sad .
Anne Webster has helped me so much with lowering my a1C. She listens & includes you in making decisions. I've never received this much help with my diabetes in the past. I had a negative experience though with the CMA who checked me in & almost walked out.
