Anytime there's a medical problem i pick Unity Point. We always get treated real well. The nurses are very nice and caring. The Doctors are very caring also.
Everyone was SO nice for our entire stay. The staff really made it as comfortable as possible after surgery. Knowledgeable, friendly, just overall excellent!!! Wonderful place.
Husband had anterior hip replacement and had exceptional care and treatment from start to finish!!! Very impressed with all staff and Dr. Althaus from Tri-State Ortho was fantastic!!
We had the best care! From ER to ICU and 5th floor they were the best. They were here for Tony and for me! Also they had a chaplain right there to put me at ease in a scary situation. I can't thank you enough.
I just got home after my stay after my second son was born! I went in on Thursday morning to be induced. I had a great experience even tho I was so scared because it's been 7 years since iv giving birth, but Tina the labor nurse was so so so so AMAZING! She was very personal to me and my needs, she was funny, kind and careful! She was by my side through the labor and even after baby was born! You would be a 5 star except for the fact you have not gone to all private inpatient rooms. Mercy and Dunes are all private. It is proven to be better for patient outcomes. There is space to do so at your facility. My fathers surgery experience was fine up to the point they put him in with someone that was very smelly, snored and took control of the TV. Of all the things my father had to deal with post op, this caused him the most stress. He could not sleep, he could not watch TV to relax and he was very upset when the docto... read more
I just recently had my first baby. My husband and I were very impressed with the care I received during my labor/delivery and also postpartum. Alyssa was wonderful during the night and after a long labor we ended up needing a c section and all the nurses were incredible but Bobbie really explained everything to us and gave us reassurance that everything would be ok.
